also three- time Open champs, three-time LL champs, three-time FCIAC champs, and

four undefeated dual meet seasons in Connecticut. In Track and Field, the team won
four FCIAC championships, two LL Champions and two state open championships.
Tucker also served as team captain during his senior year for both Wrestling and
Track and Field. He was the Ed MacDowell Award winner as Outstanding Wrestler of
the Year in 2009. At the 2006 Manhattan Invitational, Tucker was the Sophomore
Champion. He also tied the state record in the 2K Steeplechase (6:00.98). A favorite
memory in wrestling, Tucker had four pins versus Mount Anthony, the Vermont high
school powerhouse.
After his graduation from Danbury High School, Tucker attended Southern
Connecticut State University and ran cross country and track. He attended the Golf
Academy of America in Myrtle Beach and graduated with an Associate Degree in
Business Management and a four-handicap golfer. He is a DHS twelve varsity letter winner.
